Access Keys

Most browsers support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the web site. On Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; on Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key.

The pages are defined by the following access keys:

Standards Compliance

All pages are XHTML 1.1 compliant and use a CSS stylesheet that has been verified by the W3C CSS validator.

Navigation Aids

All pages can be accessed from any other page except for the technical information and slideshow galleries. A location bar is situated near the top of every page barring the home page.

Links

All links have title attributes which describe the link in greater detail.

Where ever possible, links are written to make sense out of context. Browsers such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx, and Opera can extract the list of links on a page and allow the user to browse the list separately from the page.

Link text is never duplicated; two links with the same link text always point to the same address.

There are no javascript: pseudo-links. All links can be followed in any browser, even if scripting is turned off.

There are no links that open new windows without warning.

Images

All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics are loaded using the stylesheet.

Visual Design

This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout.

If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheet's at all, the content of each page is still readable.
